"Kevin Henry our representative was absolutely amazing and from the first call I felt I was in extremely safe hands and the fact that he had to work around the fact that London had no where to stay due to the Brit Awards and London Fashion Week - he did a fantastic job. Kevin kept me in the loop at each stage of the process and his telephone manner was brillant - kept me nice and calm despite the fact that he had less than 3hrs to find somewhere for 2 adults and 6 x 13 year old girls!"
